The attorneys at Ridley, McGreevy & Winocur defend and prosecute civil and criminal appeals in both State and Federal court, including the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, [the Illinois appellate courts,] and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Seventh Circuit and Federal Circuit.  Our lawyers include two former clerks to Justices on the Colorado Supreme Court, one of whom also clerked for a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Our attorneys are routinely retained by other trial lawyers to pursue the appeals of adverse trial outcomes and to defend against appeals of successful trial verdicts.  Our firm has developed and maintained a robust appellate practice whose hallmark is understanding how to most effectively present and pursue our clients’ interests in order to maximize the likelihood of success on appeal.
